Account Creation & Security

A minimum deposit amount applies and may change from time to time. Withdrawal requests may take a set amount of time to process and may be put on hold if identity verification has not been completed. Fraudulent payments, chargebacks, or depositing funds obtained through illegal means are strictly prohibited. If an incorrect amount is credited to an account due to a technical error, hi 777 reserves the right to recover the excess funds. In such cases, hi 777 will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses. Users are considered to participate in games knowingly and of their own accord, and bear full personal responsibility for any financial losses resulting from game outcomes.
Hi 777 is not liable for any issues arising from third-party software, network problems, or a user's own device. To the fullest extent permitted by law, hi 777's total liability shall never exceed the total amount deposited by the relevant user in the last 30 days.
